By registering for and taking a Everpure exam, you agree to adhere to the following policies and understand the consequences of non-compliance.
Exam Security Monitoring
Everpure implements advanced monitoring technologies and data analysis techniques to protect exam content and validate exam integrity. This includes:

Candidate Code of Conduct
All candidates are expected to behave ethically and responsibly during the exam process. The following actions are strictly prohibited and considered violations of Everpure’s certification policies:

Disseminating actual exam content by any means, including but not limited to web postings, formal or informal test prep groups, chat rooms, memorization-based reconstructions, study guides, or any other method.

Copying, removing, publishing, selling, distributing, modifying, creating derivative works of, or reverse engineering any part of an exam.

Using or seeking unauthorized prep materials (e.g., braindumps, leaked content).

Altering or misrepresenting exam results, certification status, or related documentation.

Bringing unauthorized physical or digital items into the testing environment.
-
Providing false identification or soliciting another individual to take an exam on your behalf.

Causing disruptions during the exam session.

Tampering with the test delivery platform or using it for any purpose other than taking the exam.

Violating the exam retake policy.

Giving, receiving, or attempting to obtain unauthorized assistance during the exam.

Demonstrating misconduct as determined by statistical analysis.

Making unauthorized notes while in a secure testing area.

Violating any Everpure or Test Delivery Partner policy, rule, or instruction.

Misusing your certification credentials on behalf of another individual or organization.

Tampering with your computer or network (for remote exams) in a way that compromises exam integrity.

Using any AI tools or software during or after the exam to assist with cheating or reproducing content.
Consequences of Misconduct
Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary actions including, but not limited to:

Temporary or permanent suspension from the certification program.

Invalidation of exam results.

Revocation of previously awarded certifications.

Notification to employers or relevant stakeholders.

Other actions as deemed necessary by Pure.
The severity of the consequences will be determined based on the nature and frequency of the violation.
Appeals Process
Candidates who believe a disciplinary decision was made in error may submit an appeal within 30 calendar days of being notified of the action. Appeals must be submitted via the Certification Appeal Form and must include all relevant details. Appeals will be reviewed by the Everpure Certification Program team, and all decisions are final and not subject to further appeal.
