Logging into the Knowledge Portal

Ensuring you are logged into the Knowledge Portal will get you access to the content you need.

When you first navigate to the Knowledge Portal (https://support.everpuredata.com) you will see content that is available without a login. In order to see all content available, you need to ensure you are logged in.
  1. Check the top-right menu of the portal:
  2. Click the Sign In button
  3. Follow the prompts to use your Pure1 Username/Password
    Note: If you do not have an account reach out to your Pure1 Local Admin, or your Account Team to get you started.
