You can submit feedback in the Knowledge Portal using the Feedback button on Topic pages.

Click on the Feedback button on the top-right of a topic.

A pop-up will appear.

In the Enter Feedback field, include any details or requests. Upload any attachments if needed.

Click Send.
This feedback will automatically create a review request for the PEAK documentation team to review and address the feedback as needed.
