Improving Azure Everpure Cloud Dedicated I/O Path

This improvement enhances Virtual Machine and backend performance utilization. It enables the system to handle higher I/O loads, bringing performance closer to the maximum provisioned limits for Virtual Machines and backend throughput. Additionally, Everpure Cloud Dedicated I/O latency is improved by prioritizing it over Purity background jobs.

Improving Azure Everpure Cloud Dedicated Persistent Reservations commands latency

This feature offloads the High Availability sign-of-life mechanism from SCSI Persistent Reservations commands to the I/O Path on Everpure Cloud Dedicated on Azure. The objective is to prevent spurious failovers caused by high latencies in Azure's SCSI Persistent Reservations service.

Everpure Fusion Fleet Management and Remote Storage Provisioning

Everpure Fusion introduces new features and capabilities that transform Purity into a multi-array federated storage management system. These new features form a basis for more advanced workflows coming in the future.

Fleet Management - Securely connect arrays together via management ports. Existing arrays with data in place may be non-disruptively configured into a Fusion fleet.

Remote storage provisioning - Discover, create, and manage, hosts, hostgroups, volumes, volume groups, pods, replica links, and protection groups remotely on any array in the fleet from the GUI, CLI, or API of any other array in the fleet.

Improved multi-array provisioning GUI - Place volumes by host or host group, by pod or volume group, or by array anywhere in the fleet by easily finding the resource you want to provision the volume on.

Encrypted DNS for Purity

Everpure Support can now optionally (via request) enable encrypted DNS for Everpure Cloud Dedicated.
