Configure Automatic Capacity Upgrade using the GUI

This guide describes how to configure an automatic capacity upgrade for Everpure Cloud Dedicated using the GUI.

  1. Navigate to Settings > Array Details > Automatic Capacity Upgrade:

    If the automatic capacity upgrade is disabled, you can see the Enabled status set to False.

    If the automatic capacity upgrade is enabled, you can see the Enabled status set to True and under Maximum Capacity the current configured maximum capacity point.

    In the example below, you can see that automatic capacity upgrade is enabled with a maximum capacity to which the array can be increased set to 14TB:

  2. To enable automatic capacity upgrade or change the maximum capacity point size, click on the configure icon at the top right of the Automatic Capacity Upgrade:

  3. In the configuration window, toggle on the Enabled button and update the Maximum Capacity size from the drop-down:
    Note: The Maximum Capacity size must be chosen from the current supported array capacity points. For example, the V10MP2-R2 model supported capacity points are 3.5 TiB, 7 TiB, 14 TiB, 28 TiB, 42 TiB, 56 TiB, 70 TiB, 84 TiB and 98 TiB raw capacity as in the below screenshot.

  4. Click on the Save button.
The automatic capacity upgrade functionality is now enabled.
