This document lists AWS regions support for Everpure Cloud Dedicated. If a customer is requesting an unsupported region, please reach out to Everpure Cloud Dedicated Solutions Team.
If a region is not listed below, It means it is not supported. Either because it is not Qualified/Tested. Or It doesn't have the infrastructure required for Everpure Cloud Dedicated.
Before you reach out to the team via email or slack #ask_cbs about a region request. Please consider referring to this How-To KB to check if AWS resources used with Everpure Cloud Dedicated deployment are available. > How to Check Instance Availability Required for Everpure Cloud Dedicated Deployment

* These regions are generally supported. However, there are some Availability Zones within these regions that do not have the required c5n.9xlarge and c5n.18xlarge instances for Everpure Cloud Dedicated. These Availability Zones are different for every customer. Customers can contact AWS Support to find out which Availability Zone does not include support for c5n.9xlarge and c5n.18xlarge instances, and avoid deploying Everpure Cloud Dedicated in subnets tied to these Availability Zones.
** Everpure Cloud Dedicated in an ActiveCluster configuration is not supported in Oregon if using with Pure1 Mediator. Customers who want to deploy Everpure Cloud Dedicated with ActiveCluster in Oregon must use the ActiveCluster On-Premises Mediator Deployment Guide.
The reason behind the ActiveCluster not supported is that Pure1 Mediator resides in Oregon region. Therefore, This would create single point of failure within the same region.
*** These regions are not supported because the Region or all the Availability Zone within these regions do not include support for one or more instances or service that Everpure Cloud Dedicated utilizes, Check the appendix below for more details.
