This document provides steps on how customers can expand the capacity of Everpure Cloud Dedicated underlying infrastructure in AWS.
For Everpure Support Engineers:
- If the array is below version 6.6.2, the capacity upgrade is a support driven, follow this Everpure Cloud Dedicated Capacity Upgrade Process
- If the array is above or same version as 6.6.2, share and guide the customer through this KB.
In certain edge cases, the array might be trying the first quota check in the loop and it is failing. Restart of the capacity upgrade might be necessary. Please reach out to the engineering team for assistance in such situation.
