The following are high-level migration workflow steps:
- Verify the prerequisites are met.
- Install the AWS Replication agent on the source machine.
- Replicate the data volume.
- Launch test instance.
- Perform acceptance tests on the machine and verify data is presented.
- Mark the server as ready to cutover.
- Launch cutover instance.
- Confirm all services are operational and data is presented.
- Finalize the cutover.
