Login to the FlashArray GUI and select Storage, then Volumes. Select the plus + icon in the upper left corner in Volumes. Give it a name and size and choose whether it will participate in Data Protection and click Create.

In the Search bar, type in the Name and click on the Volume. Click the ellipses under Connected Hosts for standalone, or Connect Host Groups for a Failover Cluster, and click Connect. Check the Host, or Host Group, and click Connect.
